All items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return or an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition, including the SheProtects bag.
- The item must not be damaged or show signs of excessive wear.
- Clearance or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns:
- We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- There is no restocking fee.
Exchanges:
- We cover return shipping for exchanges.
Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery for a refund.
