All items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return or an exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition, including the SheProtects bag.
  • The item must not be damaged or show signs of excessive wear.
  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • There is no restocking fee.

Exchanges:

  • We cover return shipping for exchanges.

Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery for a refund.
